Emelyna Aurich is the Director of Property Management for The Cordish Companies’ Multifamily Development division, Cordish Living. She joined the Cordish team prior to the opening of their first residential building in 2015 and now oversees all leasing, resident services, and day-to-day operations of One Light, Two Light, and One Cardinal Way. Emelyna is vastly experienced across all areas of the multifamily industry, boasting over 18 years of experience in luxury, affordable, and senior living. She is an active member of the Apartment Association of Kansas City and is a licensed Missouri Real Estate Agent.

Bailey Morgan has recently been promoted to General Manager of Midland Lofts. Previously, she served as Assistant Property Manager of One Light Luxury Apartments. Bailey has grown with Cordish Living team over the past 5 years, starting as a Resident Service Associate at One Light and then soon after transferring to Two Light as their Senior Leasing Specialist. Bailey proudly holds a National Apartment Leasing Professional certification. Bailey was born and raised in Kansas City and enjoys exploring the city in her free time.

Emina Skender is a Leasing Specialist with both Midland Lofts and One Light Luxury Apartments. She has been with Cordish Living for over 5 years starting as a Resident Services Associate in 2017. As a Leasing Specialist, Emina assists with leasing, giving tours of the community and resident services. With over 8 years of customer service experience, Emina has the ability to interact enthusiastically and professionally with the residents. Her knowledge of our properties is second-to-none.

Danica Gall is a Leasing Specialist with both Midland Lofts and One Light Luxury Apartments. She is originally from Saint Joseph, Missouri and has been with Cordish Living since December 2022. Danica has been a Kansas City resident for the past 4 years, and loves to share her extensive knowledge about the city with current and future residents. Her friendly personality and sales knowledge make her a great Leasing Specialist to have on the team.

As the Director of Hospitality for Cordish Living, Aimee works with the Resident Concierge to ensure each resident has the best experience possible at Midland Lofts. This includes, but is not limited to, planning, coordinating and executing onsite and offsite resident events and overseeing day-to-day operations of the resident bar. Before joining the Cordish Living team, Aimee worked for the Gallery Event Space, in the Kansas City Power & Light District, carrying out weddings and corporate events, in addition to assisting with buyouts in the Power & Light District. Aimee also has 14 years of experience in the restaurant industry working for Bravo Brio Restaurant Group by training new General Managers. When Aimee is not in the office you can find her spending time with her dogs at home, drinking coffee at all times of the day or unwinding with a good book!
