Emelyna Aurich
Director of Property Management
Emelyna Aurich is the Director of Property Management for The Cordish Companies’ Multifamily Development division, Cordish Living. She joined the Cordish team prior to the opening of their first residential building in 2015 and now oversees all leasing, resident services, and day-to-day operations of One Light, Two Light, and One Cardinal Way. Emelyna is vastly experienced across all areas of the multifamily industry, boasting over 18 years of experience in luxury, affordable, and senior living. She is an active member of the Apartment Association of Kansas City and is a licensed Missouri Real Estate Agent.
Chase Hamilton
Multisite Leasing Manager
Chase is the Multisite Leasing Manager for Midland Lofts, Two Light, and Three Light, where he guides prospective residents through each step of the home search, ensuring a perfect fit and excellent customer service. Chase is experienced in leasing, project management, and hospitality, with years of service in student housing and luxury multifamily buildings
Melanie Sweney
Leasing Specialist
Melanie is the primary leasing agent at Midland Lofts, with extensive experience in multi-family housing in downtown Kansas City. Several years in education have helped her develop the customer service, problem-solving and communication skills to enhance her role as a leasing professional. Melanie goes the extra mile for her clients, listening to their needs, sharing her experiences as a downtown resident, and taking pride in helping people find their perfect apartment home.
