Faxon teacher wins KCPS luxury apartment sweepstakes

A winner has been chosen for the Kansas City Public Schools luxury apartment sweepstakes. Brooke Wurtz, a third grade teacher at Faxon Elementary in Kansas City, was surprised Thursday morning with the news of a two-year lease-free apartment at the historic Midland Lofts in downtown KC.
