The winner must occupy the apartment on a full-time basis, as it is intended to be your home for the next two years. This contest is best suited to an individual who is already renting a home, rather than owning, as the two-year apartment lease will not be awarded to be used as a secondary home.

The winner should also feel comfortable being interviewed, as we would love the opportunity to hear about your experiences teaching and, if awarded the apartment, living at Midland Lofts.

We encourage all teachers who meet this criteria to apply. Our team will review submissions, narrow down to our top choices, and randomly draw the winner.
